I’m on a search for the best diet products. I’ve been helping a friend try to find some good weight loss products as she wants to lose several pounds within the next month.
Now she tells me that her boyfriends on the bandwagon so she wants me to try to find out something about the best fat burner for men. I have no idea!
I’m kind of a non-dieter. When I need to loss weight I eat a little less or add more veggies and fruit to my diet and I try to up my activity level. Sometimes the extra pounds don’t come off quite as fast as I’d like, but it always works if I keep at it.
