In my last post I asked how do you lose weight?
I asked if you increase your activity by doing more workouts, going to the gym or taking long walks. Or if you try diets?
when you try to lose a few extra pounds, perhaps when you have an upcoming event or simple because it won’t be all that long before summer will be here … do you try to eat a little bit healthier? Do you eat more vegetables and fruit substituting them for carbs or sugar heavy snacks?
What about weight loss supplements ? Have you ever used them? If so did they work?
When I was a teen I tried some diet pills and they didn’t do much for me … but then, now that I think back I really didn’t need to lose any weight back then, I was a fairly skinny teenager. I think I just tried them mainly because that’s what my friends were doing.
So .. specifically … what do you do to lose weight when you need to lose maybe five pounds fast?
